If you have an iPhone SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6S, or 6S Plus and are on the latest version of iOS (9.3 and up) then you might want to read on. If not, reboot your Android phone and move on.
AT&T’s WiFi calling service allows iOS 9.3 users to make and receive calls while traveling abroad. No need to activate and pay for an expensive international calling plan. Just make sure you are in range of WiFi and it works. Again, however, it only works with the iPhone SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6S, or 6S Plus.
To activate WiFi calling on an iPhone –
- Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure it is turned on.
- Restart your iPhone.
